This school is a joke, I wouldn't waste my time, breath or gas to bring my child to this school. Not only do they not teach your child anything but if your child tests out smarter than the rest of the class they have your child regress down to their level because they can not handle children smarter than the educators. They have allowed the teachers to abuse special needs children and allow the principal to destroy documents and lie and alienate parents just because his brother is the vice president on the school board. This school is a waste of time and energy and if you want the best for your child and for them to actually earn an education i wouldn't have them go here.
I have had two children attend Thompson. I am pleased with the education they have received. Mr. Urigh the princapal works very hard for the kiddos. The teachers have been fantastic so far. I have one child that has visual issues, the school has assisted her with equipment and lighting so that she can read. Very proud parent of a mini beat digger.
