Everything basically worked fine. The breakfast was okay, and checking in was easy. One of the lights behind the bed was constantly flickering though. In the end, you get what you paid for, and this is a good stay for people on a budget.

Stopped off on our way to Estes Park. Everything was fine except the hot tub was luke warm at best. We were somewhat prepared for something like that because the reviews sited hot tub problems alot. Otherwise everything was fine.
Cons: Don't let them put you in room 127 as one wall backs is adjacent to the stairwell. Every time someone goes up or down the stairs the wall shakes and is quite noisy. No elevator so everyone on the second floor uses the stairs.
We have stayed here twice in the past few months.
Staying for month in apartment. Most of staff very friendly. Manager tends to forget day to day her promises. Got very upset after two we asked for new sheets and vacuum. No housekeeping is provided. Manager seems to like to run your life or threatens to kick you out. Since moving our pay was lost in mail. Credit card was on file. We did not complain about anything until she informed me how disappointed she was with us. When I asked to speak to owner she ruffly told me "NO" After she blamed us for being behind on paperwork. Accused us of smoking and mind you its a $200.00 fine. I do smoke in my car and i apologized for the smell. Used scentsies to help freshen she complained about that. Caution when staying here your not a guest your a puppet that she wants to control. Consyruction and hunters can smoke all over building and grounds. Pot is being done. Craziness. If not for no other place to stay we would have left for simple fact she is very disrespectful.
Pros: Nice and convenient off and on interstate. Carlos was very courteous and helpful. Good price.
