Dr. Smith is the BEST and I truly feel like my health is his concern when I go for my monthly visits. He does his best to find the best solutions possible and does not drown you with medications. I'm so thankful I found him and switched rheumatologists as I was not happy with my previous doctor..
My doctor referred me to see this doctors office 6 weeks ago, and I called after 2 weeks to see if I could set up an appointment because they still hadn't contacted me and I was told their "new patient scheduler" would contact me when they were ready to set up and appointment. So I patiently waited, and finally the scheduler, crystal, calls me but i just barely missed her call. So I immediately called her back and was told that she isn't in. All banner facilities these days seem to do the same thing where they make you run in circles. The doctors are typically fine but the staff is AWFUL and LAZY.
Love coming to this clinic to receive care; everyone treats you with the upmost respect. The front desk staff, the medical assistants, and doctors make sure to make you feel welcomed and are very friendly when taking care of you. I enjoy coming to this clinic because I feel like they truly care about my health and they take the time to listen to my concerns and questions.
