The park adjoining this campground was pretty cute and that's the only reason I'm giving it 2 stars. The "campground" was a tiny dirt lot with a row of cyprus and some decrepit picnic tables in the middle. Each site had just barely enough room to parallel park an RV and that was it. I wouldn't have wanted to step outside for fear of being in the way of a passing vehicle. Some of the clientele were pretty rough looking and I would have been very uncomfortable sleeping here. We pulled in, took one look, and immediately decided to drive the 1.5 hours it took to reach another park with an opening. Yes it's free, but there's a reason for that.
Great place for an overnight spot while passing through, water, electric and dump available. Nice green grass and play area for children, I would do this again

Nice area for an overnight stop but not good for camping. Dirt/gravel parking. Level sites. Very nice park next door. Great spot for the kids to play. Free/donation for the first night, $20 after that for up to 7 nights. Free/donation dump station here also.
Have enjoyed your campground for many years . Thankyou for such a nice park . Especially kid friendly..also have to mention how we enjoy the "True Grits " cafe. Dinners are special.
